InnoCampus Startup Accelerator Program

InnoCampus Startup Accelerator Program starts in Şanlıurfa with Startup Weekend on 22nd of October. The teams chosen by the jury will be accepted to accelerator program between 23 October – 20 December.
If you have “a business idea and a team, and need support to bring your idea to life”, then fill in the application form! If you have a team, then all the team members have to fill the application form.
At the end of InnoCampus Startup Accelerator Program, the teams with the best potential to bring their ideas to life will have an opportunity to receive seed money. Application deadline is 19th October 2017, apply now!

Program

InnoCampus Şanlıurfa Startup Accelerator Program targets all local young people and refugees who want to become entrepreneurs. The aim of the Program is to support the participants in bringing their business ideas to life through the InnoCampus training program.

The program will start with the InnoCampus Startup Weekend on 20 – 22 October where the most promising teams will be invited. These teams will work for 48 hours to develop their ideas with little sleep, plenty of coffee and the support of mentors. At the end of the weekend, the jury will select the best teams to join the intensive Startup Accelerator Program which lasts for 9 weeks between 28 October- 20 December. During this time, the teams will work hard to bring business ideas to life with intensive startup training and mentor support. In addition to the startup training, InnoCampus containers also has a prototyping lab (Fab lab) where the teams can build their prototypes using 3D printers, laser cutter, desktop CNC and electronics. On the demo day at the end of the program, the teams pitch their ideas to the jury, project stakeholders and investors. The best teams selected by the jury receive seed money.

Selection Criteria

InnoCampus Şanlıurfa Program targets all entrepreneurs in Turkey who want to bring their business idea to life and meet the below conditions. The accelerator program on 28 October – 20 December is free of charge to the best startup teams who are selected at the Startup Weekend. This accelerator program will be an intensive and full time camp.

  • Have a concrete and innovative startup idea which they have already started working on
  • Have already a prototype (physical product, app or service)
  • Have already talked to potential customers and users
  • Have already a team they are working with
  • Can speak and write Turkish and/or English
  • Commit to participating to 90% of the program

What is InnoCampus?

InnoCampus is a mobile accelerator / Fab lab program which travels from city to city helping budding entrepreneurs bring their business ideas to life. The prefabricated portable platform consists of 3 containers (total 90 m2) which can be set up and disassembled in just a day and travels from city to city on 3 trucks.

The goal of the InnoCampus is to help young people with the tools and methods they will need at the early stages of their startups, encourage them and connect them with other individuals and organizations that can support them.

So far, InnoCampus has implemented 8 different training programs in Adana, Izmir, Çanakkale, Istanbul, Gaziantep and Urla. The next InnoCampus Program will take place in  Şanlıurfa.
